Verification of Pythagoras Theorem

Click and drag large Red points A or B to change the size of right angled triangle AOB and observe the area of squares upon all sides. Note that area of square on hypotanuse AB is always equal to the the sum of area of squares on other two sides, which is the verification of pythagoras theorem. Click to reset  icon at top right corner to reset your drag.
